All overs above Rs. 4,000/- are required to transfer 50% of the total amount either through Direct Bank transfer or Pay Order. Once the amount is received, Butterly will confirm the order and dispatch it promptly!

Delivery and Customer Responsibility

Butterly Pakistan is committed to delivering your orders in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for delivery issues arising from:

  • No One Available: If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable at the provided address.
  • Lack of Communication: If our delivery team is unable to reach you because of unresponsiveness to calls or messages.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

In these cases, the customer assumes full responsibility, and refunds will not be issued.
