At Butterly Pakistan, we are committed to providing freshly baked goods of the finest quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have outlined specific return and refund policies to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Returns
As our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been processed and dispatched. To avoid any issues, we recommend carefully reviewing your order details before placing it to ensure accuracy.
Refunds
Refunds are considered only in rare circumstances, such as:
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo of the damaged items. We’ll resolve the matter promptly.
- Incorrect Orders: In case you receive the wrong order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the items. We will review the issue and take appropriate action to address it.
Delivery and Customer Responsibility
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives fresh and on time. However, refunds cannot be provided in the following situations:
- Unavailable to Receive Delivery: If no one is present to accept the delivery at the provided address.
- Unreachable by Delivery Personnel: If our team cannot contact you due to unresponsiveness to calls or messages.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If delivery fails due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
In these cases, the responsibility lies with the customer, and we regret that we cannot offer a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once this time has passed, cancellations will not be accepted.
